Two post medieval gravel pits to the northeast of The Knoll, Corfe Mullen, are visible as earthworks on current Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features are recorded as old gravel pits on the OS 1st Edition map [2]. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
