'Unless otherwise described, the following monuments are of the 18th century and are two-storeyed, or single-storeyed with dormer-windowed attics, and have coursed rubble walls and tiled or slated roofs. … (46) Higher Ham Farmhouse (81972551) is probably of the early 18th century. Inside, there are chamfered beams with splayed stops and, at the N. end, a large open fireplace, now blocked.'
