Full Description
Ditched and banked linear boundaries and trackways within fields to the southeast of Morden are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs [1-3]. The features are considered to be part of a field system of probable medieval origin, although some features may have be later in date. A probable medieval hollow way is also visible running from west to east then turning north. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. Many, though not all, of the features are no longer visible on 2022 Google Earth imagery [4].
