Full Description
A stone axe from Bayard Farm, Upwey (SY 6685) is in the Dorset County Museum, Accn No 0.17.1. It is of Petrological Group IIa (tentatively ascribed Neolithic). <1>
The present occupiers knew nothing about the axe. Bayard Farm extends northwards beyond Ridgeway Hill. <2>
