Full Description

There was formerly a chapel in a meadow near NORTH EGGARDUN farmhouse, but nothing now remains except the ruins of foundations. (1)

I have heard that there was once a chapel on this farm, but have never been able to locate the site. There are no field names which would assist in the identification of the chapel. (2)

The site of the chapel could not be traced during field investigation. The dedication appears to be unknown; but it may have been a chapel of ease to ASKERSWELL. (3)
