Full Description
ST 8412. A perforated hammer found in the locality of Hambledon Hill. Now in the collection of DCD Ryder. <1>
Also a Middle Bronze Age spearhead, looped and socketed and 5.6 inches long was found on the surface at Hambledon Hill by W Stevens. Now in the Dorset County Museum. (Accession No 1945-13-1. <2>
A Middle or Late Bronze Age palstave, with upper part missing and wide blade, and a looped and socketed spearhead, were chance finds made on Hambledon Hill fort. In Dorset County Museum. (No date of finds given). <3>
