A hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the southwest of Longthorn Wood, Milborne Andrew (1). It is considered likely to be a post medieval extractive pit, possibly for chalk, and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
