An area of possible ridged and ditched cultivation in a field on the northeast side of Cerne Abbey, Cerne Abbas, is visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery. The features might be the remains of medieval ridge and furrow cultivation and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.

An area of possible ridged and ditched cultivation in a field on the northeast side of Cerne Abbey, Cerne Abbas, is visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features might be the remains of medieval ridge and furrow cultivation and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.
