Summary

Five pits are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs at the northern end of Lord's Down, Dewlish. They range in size from 3m to 16m across and are of uncertain date and function. They are close proximity to a group of Bronze Age round barrows and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.

Five pits are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs at the northern end of Lord's Down, Dewlish <1-2>. They range in size from 3m to 16m across and are of uncertain date and function. They are close proximity to a group of Bronze Age round barrows and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
