Summary

A complex of parallel intermittent ditches is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1995 in fields to the north west of Lyscombe Farm, Cheselbourne. They are of uncertain date, possibly the remains of a large curvilinear enclosure, or of natural (geological?) origin. The features were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

A complex of parallel intermittent ditches is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1995 in fields to the north west of Lyscombe Farm, Cheselbourne. They are of uncertain date, possibly the remains of a large curvilinear enclosure, or of natural (geological?) origin. The features were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
