Full Description
A bank and ditched linear feature is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery running across the south-facing ridge to the east of Dole's Ash Farm, Piddletrenthide. The feature is 150m long with the bank upslope of a ditch. It is considered likely to be of Iron Age or Roman date, potentially a defensive cross dyke or part of the wider field system to the west described in MDO49790. it was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
