Summary

A line of three sub-circular mounds is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the southwest facing slopes to the southeast of Cheselbourne Mill. They are situated within the prehistoric field system descibed in MDO4469 and may be contemporary with it; alternatively they may be earlier Bronze Age burial mounds. The features were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

A line of three sub-circular mounds is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the southwest facing slopes to the southeast of Cheselbourne Mill. They are situated within the prehistoric field system descibed in MDO4469 and may be contemporary with it; alternatively they may be earlier Bronze Age burial mounds.
