Full Description
A sub-circular mound, 12m across, is visible as a low earthwork mound on Highdon, Melcombe Horsey. It is situated 30m to the south of the round barrow described in MDO1695 and is considered to be the potential site of a Bronze Age round barrow. The feature was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project. (EA 2023)
