Fragments of a bank and ditched field system are visible on aerial photographs and lidar imagery crossing the dry valley to the northwest of Hilton village. The features cut across the medieval lynchets described in MDO3962 and are considered to be of post medieval date, they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

Fragments of a bank and ditched field system are visible on aerial photographs and lidar imagery crossing the dry valley to the northwest of Hilton village. The features cut across the medieval lynchets described in MDO3962 and are considered to be of post medieval date, they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
