Two near-circular hollows are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 and lidar imagery on Green Hill, Milton Abbas. They are 15m across and considered likely to be the sites of Second World War bomb craters; they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
