Monument record MDO5955 - Bowl barrow, one of the Bokerley Down Group, Pentridge

A bowl barrow, one of a pair located south of a probable Neolithic bank barrow. In 19696 this monument was described by an Ordnance Survey field investigator as a bowl barrow around 18 metres in diameter and 0.80 metres high, with no surface trace of a surrounding ditch.

A bowl barrow, one of a pair located south of the probable Neolithic bank barrow SU 01 NW 40. Listed by RCHME as Pentridge 31 and by Grinsell as Pentridge 4, it was described in 1969 by an Ordnance Survey field investigator as a bowl barrow circa 18 metres in diameter and circa 0.80 metres high, with no surface trace of a surrounding ditch. <1-3>
