ST 95820276, to SSW. Parallel narrow ditches, then single ditch visible on air photographs for 100m, then NW, returning towards enclosure [ST 90 SE 43] for 170m. <1-2>

‘Several other ditches were examined which appear to be field boundaries. They were of two types. One had a shallow rounded profile, the profile of the other formed a flat bottomed ‘V’. Three examples of the first type were excavated. … ST95880278 was 2.7 m wide and 0.18 m deep. The fillings contained small fragments of prehistoric pottery and lay below deposits containing Romano-British pottery.’
