Full Description

Neolithic polished flint axhead found in the garden of the Horns Inn, Dudsbury. Presented by Mr. E. Brown to Dorset County Museum. (Acc. No. 1935.5.1.). <1>

Mr. E. Brown is deceased. The Horns Inn (SZ 07829808) is run by relatives who dimly recalled the find but knew nothing of its siting. <2>
