Six pieces of flint, one burnt, from a thick layer of fine black garden soil which also contained modern debris. The garden soil layer was approximately 0.5m thick, above a lower horizon of dark brown topsoil approximately 0.4m, situated on a sandy gravel at depths between 0.75 and 0.95m below present ground level.
