Full Description
'D' - SY 86419507. Bowl barrow, 15 paces diameter and 5ft high discovered by L V Grinsell (Not shown on OS plans). <2>
'D' - There is no trace of barrow at this point (SY 86419507) but the natural summit of a hill which is heavily overgrown with bushes. <3>
The Broomhill Group of four, tree covered and damaged bowl barrows in an irregular line on the crest of a spur. 'D' - (87) SY 86419506. 45ft diameter and 5ft high. <4>
Four bowl barrows mutilated and spread by re-afforestation. 'D', at SY 86409506 on a crest on the opposite side of the track, is 14.7 metres in diameter and 1.5 metres high. Surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <5>
