Find Spot record MDO7637 - Inhumations, Holme Priory, East Holme

During October 1971, the removal of a diseased tree root revealed a number of human skulls. A small excavation established the site as part of a Medieval / Post-medieval graveyard probably associated with Holme Priory. (1)

The findspot was a little way to the east of the grid reference given in PDNHAS (Bond, 1997).
