Full Description
'A' - A large turf-covered mound, 37.0m. diameter and 5.0m. high, slightly mutilated at its base on the north by military trenches. Probably natural. <2>
'A'- (23) SY 88628267. Bowl (?) barrow, about 100ft diameter and about 16ft hiegh, on,or incorporating a natural knoll. <3-4>
SY 886827. Two round barrows west of Rookery Cottages. Scheduled. <5>
'A'. SY 88618266. A large conical mound resembling a barrow, but could be a natural mound. Diameter 32.0m., and height 5.0m. Another large but shapeless mound, almost certainly natural, lies a few metres to the south. 'A' and 'B' resurveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. 'C' revised from above measurements (2 and 3) at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <6>
