Full Description
Iron Age or Romano British field system visible as earthworks and soil marks on aerial photographs (1-5). It forms part of a wider system of celtic fields and was digitially plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.

Earthworks of an Iron Age or Romano-British field system covering nine hectares. The earthworks comprise rectangular fields, 95 metres by 80 metres with lynchets and field banks of 0.5 metres in height.
