Full Description

First century Romano-British sherds found in 1920, at Southbourne. <1>

Belgic sherds including bead rims found in Leigham Vale Road in September 1920. Purchased from Mr Homewood (a local collector) by H Druitt, and now in the Druitt Collection, Red House, Museum, Christchurch. <2>

These sherds fall into the category of the 1st cent, IA C or RB native wares. <3>
