Reported in position 50 28 12N 002 28 36W. 23-JUN-1952 Wire drift sweep, clear 26 fathoms foul 27 fathoms, general depth 30 fathoms least echo sounder lies in well defined rocky deep in a NNW/SSE direction, length 450 feet, position 50 28 13N 002 29 28W. 20-JUL-1961 Echo much confused by being surrounded by tide rip over Portland Ledge but gave quite good range recorder trace on second run lying 140/320 degrees fixed by and radar type 978 with visual bearings on Portland Bill Light. 03-FEB-1983 Wreck shown in 50 28 07N 002 29 28W. 29-JUL-1984 Least echo sounder depth 47.9m in general depth 62m Scour 1-2m deep. Height 10m, length 90m, approx. Lies N/S in amongst rocks in a depression Good sonar records difficult to obtain (1)
Probably the remains of Fisguard 11 which lies at virtually this position
