Full Description
Open rope walk marked on 1888 Ordnance Survey 1:500 map to the rear of 91 South Street, Bridport. <1>
Two storey, three bay house marking east end of rope walk. Built of coursed rubble. The ropewalk was formally open and is now gardens with a central narrow through-passage. The mid- or late 19th century extension the to rear of house, is of red brick with external pilasters to the north side and may be part of the ropewalk. <2>
