Two unidentified Military (?) features/buildings seen on a 1970s AP. (1)
A group of buildings and structures are visible on aerial photographs of Bindon Range taken in 1946 (2). They are considered likely to be military buildings associated with Bindon Range (MDO29420) and Second World War activities in this area. They were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset). Some of the foundations of these structures area still visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial images available to the project (3).
