Full Description

May have been a wooden vessel. Not in Shipwreck Index. Suggest the Autumn, sank 7/7/1908. Position from Martin Openshaw "The wreck only shows on a good quality sounder as a small hard area in the sea bed, there is nothing standing more than 0.5 metres off the sea bed. We did a reasonable visual search of the area and found one small piece of machinery, (possibly part of a winch) and a square link connected to a chain. All the rest was buried in the sand. There was some rope, most likely from diver activities a few years ago, this was attached to part of the wreckage again buried in a least 12 inches of sand." (1)
