The Manse formerly (NAT) Queens Arms Inn (NR) <1>
The Queens Arms Hotel is of two storeys with stone walls and a slate roof. It was built in the early 16th century with central hall, solar and offices in the same range. There are later additions on the west and south. The building is an unusually complete example of a small late medieval house. <2>
According to the owner (a), the house is known as The Queens Arms Hotel and was originally an inn. It is as described by Authority 2 and is in a good state of preservation. <5>
The Queens Arms Hotel, 16th century and later, retains evidence of medieval arrangement of hall, buttery, kitchen and solar. Grade II*. <6>
Used as a manse for an unspecified period, but after 1689. <7>
