Full Description

Iron Age pedestal urn found at Hamworthy. It is 8 1/2 inches high and is displayed in the showroom of Carter, Stables and Adams Ltd, at their Poole Pottery. <1>

Pedestal urn on show at Poole Pottery, East Quay Road, Poole. Slightly over half the urn remains. It is labelled as being of the early 1st century AD. Sited by H P Smith to SZ 00289041. Site now built over. <2>
