Abstract/Summary
‘The investigation of this site comprised the excavation of two trial pits. Modern disturbance was present in both trenches, and lying immediately above the natural subsoil. The site is therefore likely to have been extensively terraced or levelled, perhaps during the construction of the existing building, and the potential for the survival of significant archaeological deposits is considered to be very low.’
