Abstract/Summary
A building assessment was undertaken on behalf of Hall and Woodhouse Brewery Ltd. The building assessed was a loading bay, part of the site which was due for redevelopment. Rapid photographic recording prior to demolition was required followed by a review of the archaeological potential during excavation of the foundations for the new buildings. The archaeological potential was low and the building itself of highly limited significance to the historical importance of the site.
