Abstract/Summary
Desk-based assessment report summarising the development and archaeological potential of Forde Abbey, Thorncombe, Dorset, carried out as part of the preparatory works associated with proposed installation of a new foul treatment plan and associated drainage. The report identifies and reccomends revisions to the seven historic phases of the abbey previously identified by the RCHME.
