This barrow was 22 paces in diameter and 1 foot in height.Found by LVG, 8.xi.53 <1>
Bowl, 65ft. In diam and 1ft. High. Ploughed. <3>
Three round barrows north of Brincombe Hill: (A) Bowl (?) ( 68738493) 325 yds. North-North-West of (SY 68 SE 34). Diameter about 65 ft., height 1ft. Ploughed.
Three probable bowl barrows: 'A' SY 68728493. Diameter 14.0m., height 0.2m. No visible ditch. All in arable - at present under pasture. Re-surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <5>
